Very efficient booking in staff.
Excellent nurse in 'second window' but totally wasted. Fittering people to the night area, when once in "Majors Like" you sit there for several hours before you have bloods done (when you've told reception staff that's what's needed before consultation (as per A and E nurse). Hence double the wait totally unnecessary. No wonder waiting rooms so busy!

The doctor was thorough and performed wide range of tests. Can't really think of anything that could be improved.
